At Utrecht Science Park, the construction of Plus Ultra Utrecht is in full swing. On Wednesday, the official celebration of the topping out took place, marking a significant milestone for the science park. Kadans Science Partner and its partners are proud of the development and look forward to the continued construction.
The achievement of the highest point of the building was celebrated festively together with partners and stakeholders. Speeches were given by Johan van Gerven (Kadans Science Partner), Jeroen Hutten (Utrecht University), Edward Dolk (QVQ), and Jan Henk van der Velden (Utrecht Science Park Foundation). The topping out was marked by the traditional hoisting of the flag and a collective toast.
Plus Ultra Utrecht
The new Plus Ultra Utrecht is currently being constructed at Utrecht Science Park, the beating heart of Europe’s most competitive region. The park brings competence from business, industry and academia together in order to design and create healthier, safer and more sustainable cities for today and for subsequent generations. Offering around 23,000 m2 of future-proof laboratory and office facilities, the building is aimed at innovative start-ups and scale-ups active in Life Sciences & Health.
