Development
Johan van Gerven
Johan is the Country Lead Development for the Netherlands within Kadans with a strong focus on the knowledge intensive industry. He uses his extensive knowledge and network in this area to close deals (acquiring new properties and redevelopments). Johan reports directly to the management.
Johan has a strong track record in the consultancy and engineering world. After graduating from TU Eindhoven (mechanical engineering), he worked for many years for organizations involved in the realization of power plants and factories around the world. In 2006 he made the switch to GTI/Cofely and since 2010 he has been working at Deerns raadgevende Ingenieurs. There he was responsible for a branch office and Business Unit and he has an active role in acquisition within the knowledge intensive industry.

Michiel Kal
As Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner, Michiel is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
After studying Civil Engineering at TU Delft, Michiel gained broad experience in developing and realizing various types of buildings. Starting in 2015, he has developed for and on behalf of Heren 2 in Amsterdam, including hotels, offices and a cinema. With his extensive experience in commercial real estate development and managing design teams, Michiel makes a substantial contribution to Kadans’ further growth of knowledge-intensive real estate.

Rion van Gend
As a project developer within Kadans Science Partner, Rion van Gend is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
Rion has a broad HBO education that combines engineering and business administration and has worked at leading international consultants and contractors (Cofely, Arcadis, Stork, Turner & Townsend, DPR). Rion’s broad work experience includes projects in life sciences, data centres and manufacturing.

Jetske Evers
Jetske has successfully completed her study Real Estate and Real Estate Management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede in July 2019. During this study she gained amongst others (internship/work) experience at Colliers International (Capital Markets), Savills (Investments) and DRDS project management. After her studies Jetske started in the role of Real Estate analyst at Adelaer Financial Architects. There she provided support to the relationship managers in the commercial preparation and follow-up of financial transactions.
Jetske started at Kadans Science Partner as a real estate employee and supported the development and project teams in this role. She is now Development Manager in Johan van Gerven’s team.

Fleur Huisman
Fleur completed her Master’s degree in Management in the Built Environment at TU Delft in July 2020 after previously obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Hogeschool Rotterdam. During her studies she gained (internship/work) experience at the municipality of Rotterdam, KIKX Development and Batenburg Bouw & Ontwikkeling.
Fleur started as a Real Estate Employee at Kadans, and supported the development and construction teams from a commercial point of view. She is currently a development manager.

Lisa Stout
Lisa completed her master’s degree in Architecture, Building and Planning at TU Eindhoven in 2022 after previously obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences. During her studies, she gained (internship/work) experience at a building consultancy firm in Eindhoven, among other things.

Theo de Haas
Theo is now employed by Kadans Science Partner, but has been working closely with Kadans since 2012 in the development and design of laboratory spaces, cleanrooms and pilot facilities.
With some 35 years of experience in design and consultancy in the field of construction, layout and technical installations for high-tech buildings, gained at Royal HaskoningDHV, laboratories hold few secrets for him. He has worked in virtually all sectors (food, pharma and life sciences, fine chemicals, electronics, mechanics). Both for renowned multinationals and SMEs, universities and research institutes, in the Netherlands and internationally.
Nevertheless, accommodating every new laboratory is always an interesting challenge for Theo.
Kadans offers accommodation for knowledge-intensive sectors. As Senior Technical Advisor, Theo is a support point for both new developments, during construction, and for the management of the growing portfolio of buildings.

Dina Stojanovic
Dina Stojanovic is Development Manager Fit-Out at Kadans Science Partner.
She has more than 12 years of international experience as an architect, project manager and workplace consultant and has worked in the Netherlands, Germany and Serbia. Her areas of expertise are workplace concepts and fit-out design for office buildings and life science projects. This aligns her experience perfectly with Kadans Science Partner’s activities.
She gets her energy and motivation from interacting with building users and thinking together about appropriate design concepts

Asset management
Reinoud van den Heuvel
Reinoud is the Country Lead Asset Management of the Netherlands and works closely with the commercial managers in the team led by Chiel van Dijen. His focus is on the commercial optimization of Kadans Science Partner’s entire real estate portfolio.
In doing so, Reinoud focuses on issues such as marketing and branding of buildings and campuses, complex expansion issues of larger tenants and strengthening the ecosystem.
Reinoud is a professional in the field of asset management. He first worked as an appraiser for a number of years (most recently at Colliers) and then held tactical roles at a number of mid-sized management organizations (LCG and Mayfield).
In 2017 he worked as an independent real estate professional but would prefer to (collaborate) again with a professional real estate organization. Reinoud has extensive knowledge and experience in managing offices, commercial properties, retail and social real estate.

Lucienne Coppoolse
Lucienne has joined the commercial team within Kadans Science Partner as Asset Manager and will focus on the further development of the various properties in the west of the Netherlands.
Afterher education as a certified real estate agent, Lucienne first worked as a real estate agent before starting at Merin in 2005 as Property Manager Commercial. After that, she worked for 5 years as Asset Manager at Vastint. For the last couple of years she worked as Commercial Manager at Cobraspen Vastgoed.

Jens van den Bongard
Jens works as commercial manager for the knowledge-intensive property portfolio within Kadans. Rik Creemers

Teun Lebbink
Teun Lebbink is Commercial Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
Teun will focus on further developing the TripleO Campus in Breda and Kadans’ portfolio in the west of the Netherlands. He is partly responsible for Kadans’ acquisition and growth targets.
After completing the HTS Technical Business Administration course, he also followed the NVM SOM real estate course. Teun has worked as a business broker at LBB-Naber and KIN makelaars, among others.

Ewout Spronk
Ewout Spronk is Commercial Manager within Kadans Science Partner, working from the Asset Management team led by Reinoud van den Heuvel.
Within the team, he is responsible for further filling laboratory and office buildings in the Randstad region with knowledge-intensive organisations, startups and scale ups.
In his previous employment, Ewout worked as a business broker at Molenbeek Makelaars, then as Asset Manager and Acquisitor at Coop, Senior Acquisitor at Lidl and in his last employment as Commercial Manager at De nieuwe Norm, where he was responsible for the acquisition of, among other things, office properties for transformation into residential units.

Jasper Schipper
Jasper Schipper is Kadans Science Partner Commercial Manager for the north of the Netherlands in particular, which includes the current locations Plus Ultra Groningen and ZernikeLab.

Demi van Erp
Demi successfully completed her studies in Real Estate and Brokerage at Fontys in 2022. She has successfully completed her graduation research and report on the topic “the added value of ecosystem services” at Kadans Science Partner.

Rob van Overbeek
As Commercial Development Manager, Rob van Overbeek is responsible for finding new opportunities in the form of single and multi-tenant real estate projects, with a strong focus on the knowledge-intensive sector. He is the first point of contact for stakeholders at science parks and guides potential tenants through the process of concluding a development and/or lease agreement.
Rob completed his Commercial Economics studies at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven with the Post-HBO studies Project Management and Real Estate. In the past, he has fulfilled various roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. His strength lies in understanding and optimally facilitating the primary process of his clients. He likes to use this experience in complex housing issues in order to offer Kadans’ tenants an optimal working environment.

Sjoerd Harsveldt
Sjoerd is Commercial Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for finding new opportunities in the form of single and multi-tenant real estate projects, with a strong focus on the Randstad area. Saskia van Rijn
Saskia works as Community Manager at the TripleO Campus in Breda. She is the first point of contact and a recognizable face for tenants, visitors and suppliers. She has a connecting role through events, engaging with (and supporting) the tenants, but also putting the campus further on the map.
In 2016, Saskia graduated with a Bachelor in Communication from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Since then, she has worked at various agencies but also in the food industry. Before that, she gained work experience in project management and hospitality. In the role of Community Manager, these three specialities come together beautifully: hospitality, events and communication!

Property management
Martjan Blijleven
Martjan is the Director | Head of Property Management within Kadans Science Partner. With his Property Management team, he is responsible for the technical and facility management of the existing real estate portfolio which will grow significantly in the coming period.
Martjan is a professional in Property Management. After his education in Architectural Engineering, he gained a lot of experience at Corio and later on as PMPS Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield where he was responsible for tendering, contracting and the implementation of several service provider contracts, and he supervised several relocation/leasing and maintenance projects.

Jake van der Stel
Jake van der Stel works for Kadans as the manager of the technical department.
Jake finished his HBO study Real Estate and Real Estate Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2010, after which he started working in property management. He gained his experience with various property managers and investors such as Yield Plus Nederland, All Fixed Property Management and Renpart Group of Companies.

Mark van de Sande
Mark van de Sande is the Projects & Sustainability Manager within Kadans Science Partner, working in the Property department under the direction of Martjan Blijleven.
Within the team, he is responsible for various projects related to making the existing Kadans properties in the Dutch portfolio more sustainable. He will also manage various refurbishment and maintenance projects.
Mark studied Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration and Higher Facilities Management. In previous employments, he has worked as Technology engineer and Facility & Utilities manager. His strength lies in setting up, implementing and monitoring projects where process optimisation is paramount.

Erwin Langbroek
Erwin completed the Real Estate & Brokerage course at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After his studies, Erwin worked for various real estate management organizations, where he was responsible for the technical management of diverse portfolios commissioned by different institutional investors.
At Kadans Science Partner, Erwin is mainly responsible for the technical management of the Rotterdam Science Tower complex, which was acquired in 2021.

Roël Struijk
Within Kadans Science Partner, Roël is the teamlead of the technical management team for the real estate in the Eastern Netherlands (Nijmegen, Wageningen and Schaijk).
He previously worked as a technical manager at a property management company, where he worked with a portfolio of VvEs and management properties. In the years before, he worked within a department of the municipality of Nijmegen where he led a facilities management department. The experience in property management and the background in facility management are very useful in the position of Technical Property Manager at Kadans Science Partner.

Ben Bouter
Ben Bouter is, as Technical Manager, responsible for the Kadans properties on the Zernike Campus in Groningen, working in Martjan Blijleven’s team.
Ben first obtained mechanical engineering AOT at Hanzehogeschool and then HIT mechanical engineering. He then started working at Cofely and then as a project manager at Kropman. From 2016, he worked for the University of Groningen as project leader & coordinator.

Tino Lelieveld
Tino Leliveld is Technical Manager for the Kadans Science Partner cluster At the Park Rijswijk.
Having studied mechanical and electrical engineering at the MTS in Gouda, he now has over 20 years of experience as a technical manager, specialising in making building-related installations more sustainable.

Benny Rutten

Martijn Min
Martijn is Technical Manager for the Kadans Science Partner locations Plus Ultra Leiden and Plus Ultra Amsterdam.
After studying Management, Economics & Law at the Hogeschool Inholland in Alkmaar, he first held some financial positions before moving to Action in 2015 in the position of Facility Manager & Teamlead Real Estate Maintenance.

Ludo van de Veerdonk
As technical manager, Ludo is in charge of various technical issues, such as renovations and alterations, as well as major maintenance and more complex troubleshooting.
Ludo is also responsible for:
– Handling failures and defects;
– Outsourcing and controlling tests/maintenance and inspections;
– Carrying out building inspections;
– Drawing up the Long-term Maintenance Planning (renovations, exterior painting,
replacing roofing, etc.).

Rick Wijngaard
Rick is technical manager at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the technical property management of our campuses in the east of the Netherlands. These are the campuses in Wageningen, Schaijk and Nijmegen.
Rick studied Facility Management at Rijn College in Wageningen. After his studies, he worked for a number of years at Akoesticum, an (inter)national training centre in Ede and then at VGIB (a consultancy and project management agency in the field of housing) as an inspector/advisor. Since 2019 Rick works at Kadans, first as Facility Coordinator for our locations in Wageningen and in 2021 he made the switch to the Property Management department.

Maaike Scherstra
Within Kadans Science Partner, Maaike is the Technical Manager supporting the team of Technical Managers in Western Netherlands.
After studying Facility Management at the Hogeschool Rotterdam, she worked for Flexim Netherlands for several years in various positions, most recently as Junior Account Manager.

Thomas Hoogstraten
Thomas is the Junior Technical Manager supporting the team of Technical Managers in the east of the Netherlands.
For his Facility Management studies at Hogeschool Anrhem-Nijmegen, he carried out his graduation internship into smart building needs within Kadans. After his studies, he worked first in New York as a Houseman at a country club and later as a Deckhand on large yachts.

Manon Roesink
Manon graduated with a Bachelor’s in Facility Management from the hospitality business school of Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Deventer in 2017. After her studies, Manon started working at Kadans Science Partner as a facility coordinator for the Nijmegen location. She is now teamlead of the facility team.

Lotte de Grood
Lotte is teamlead of the facility team at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the west of the Netherlands, with locations in Rotterdam, Leiden, Rijswijk, Dordrecht, Utrecht and Amsterdam.
Lotte received her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Tio in Utrecht. After her studies she first worked on cruise ships. Afterwards she worked as Front Office Supervisor and later Front Office Manager for an international hotel chain.

Beau Reijers
Beau is teamlead of the facilities team within Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the Eastern Netherlands portfolio, with locations in Breda, Eindhoven, Schaijk, Nijmegen and Wageningen.
Together with her team of facility coordinators, hospitality employees and the other teamlead, Beau is responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio.
Beau started as Facility Coordinator at Kadans Science Partner in 2020 after completing her HBO degree in Facility Management.
She has held the role of facility coordinator for 3 years and therefore knows the ins and outs of facility operations and issues at Kadans locations.

Miranda Dijkhuizen
Miranda is Facility Coordinator within Kadans Science Partner and responsible for Plus Ultra Leiden and Amsterdam.
She studied Facility Management at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and then worked at Vegro Verpleegartikelen as a Facility Management employee.
Miranda is, together with the other coordinators, responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio under the supervision of the Facility Manager.

Isa Hazeleger
Within Kadans Science Partner, Isa is the Facility Coordinator for the locations at the Utrecht Science Park, including Accelerator.
She graduated from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 2022, majoring in Facility Management. She did her graduation internship at ISS facility services (with their client PwC). There, she conducted research on measuring the quality of facility services at various offices.

Sterre Duijs

Linda Rijkers
Within Kadans Science Partner, Linda Rijkers is the Facility Coordinator for the locations: Building M, Building A and 52Nijmegen.
She completed her Facility Management studies at the HAN in 2020 and then worked as a Facility Employee at Arvato Netherlands B.V., a logistics organisation.

Rosalie Kronshorst
Rosalie is Facility Coordinator at Kadans Science Partner and responsible for the At the Park location in Rijswijk. During her studies at ROC Mondriaan in The Hague, where she followed the Manager Entrepreneur course, she did an internship abroad. During this internship, she gained valuable work experience and discovered that her heart lies in Facility Management. Rina Schuurmans
After completing her training as a Management Assistant and having worked for years as a departmental secretary at a housing association, Rina now works at Kadans. First as an administrative manager and now as a facility coordinator. At Kadans, Rina is the first point of contact for the tenants on location. Communicating with both tenants and owners is one of Rina’s spearheads.
According to Rina, managing appointments for tenants and owners at various locations throughout the country is essential for providing a satisfactory service to tenants.

Anne-Marie Peters
Anne-Marie is Teamlead Backoffice within Kadans Science Partner, which falls under Property Management.
After her HEAO MER studies, she worked for many years in both brokerage and finance.

Eveline van den Houdt
Eveline van den Houdt is Backoffice Employee within Kadans Science Partner, which department falls under Property Management.
She first worked in the hospitality industry for several years after completing her hospitality education at De Rooi Pannen. Since 2017, her focus has been on commercial inside sales positions. Last year, she made the switch to a position in the property management department.

Bas Friesen
Bas Friesen is Employee Service Costs in the Backoffice department within Kadans Science Partner, which falls under Property Management.
Within the Backoffice team, he is co-responsible for preparing service cost statements and service cost budgets for the tenants of Kadans properties in the portfolio. Bas works closely with the technical and facilities colleagues as well as the administration department.

Construction
Peter Thijssen
Peter is the Director | Head of Construction within the Kadans Science Partner team and falls directly under Technical Director Joost van de Rakt.
He is responsible for the Dutch project management team.
Peter and his team are responsible for the realisation of new knowledge-intensive projects, redevelopment projects, renovations within the existing portfolio and also the various fit-outs for our tenants. Together with his team, he maintains contact with the tenants, stakeholders and construction partners during the construction of a project.
Peter Thijssen worked for BAM for many years after his education. From 2016 he has held a number of management positions at other builders, most recently at Aedes Real Estate as director of realisation.

Tim de Jong
Tim de Jong is Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
Tim has an engineering background and has worked as a project manager for the consultancy firm Royal HaskoningDHV for the past 20 years. In this role, Tim was involved in the realisation of the transformation of the Kadans buildings A and M on the Novio Tech Campus in Nijmegen. Years later, this collaboration ensures that Tim has chosen Kadans with great enthusiasm.

Tom van Elderen
Tom van Elderen is Project Manager bij Kadans Science Partner. Tom is de allround projectmanager die de groeidoelstelling van Kadans Science Partner door realisatie van nieuwe huisvesting meer vorm geeft.

Marco Sturmans
Marco Sturmans is Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
After the MTS and HTS Architecture, he worked mostly as a Project Manager, among others, at the Radboud and MRE Partners. He then worked for years as a freelancer, and since 2015 he has been employed by Gielissen BV. At this employer, he has worked on various turnkey projects for Nike at home and abroad.
Marco has realised various projects on the consultancy and client-side as well as on the contractor side. These included nursing buildings, operating theatres, MRI, various faculty buildings for education, research, laboratories and office buildings.
Through a wide variety of realised projects, Marco has gained extensive knowledge of both technology and project processes.

Ben van Haperen
As Project Manager within Kadans Science Partner, Ben van Haperen is responsible financially, organisationally and qualitatively for the development and realisation of new-build projects and redevelopment of existing real estate.
After graduating from HTI architecture studies, Ben has worked on projects and processes within retail and office environments, including as operational manager at CNSTRCT and as project manager at MVRO. Since 2017, Ben has run his own project and interim management agency and has managed large-scale complex projects and processes within logistics environments on the client side.

Nienke van Leeuwen
Nienke graduated Cum Laude from the International Real Estate and Facility Management programme at Breda University of Applied Sciences in June 2021. During her studies, she gained experience in the real estate sector at Eindhoven University of Technology and VS Building Care.
Nienke worked as a real estate employee, and in this role supported the development and project teams. She is currently a Project Manager in the construction team.

Martijn Corveleijn
Martijn Corveleijn is project manager within Kadans Science Partner, working in the Construction department under Peter Thijssen.
Martijn first studied Interior & Architecture at MBO level and then obtained his HBO diploma in Architecture at the HAN in Arnhem. He then followed this with a master’s degree in architecture.
He worked as a BIM engineer at MIX architecture, architectural designer at Atelier 3 and most recently as Project engineer at Bulsink before joining Kadans’ Construction team.

Sjors van den Heuvel
Sjors van den Heuvel is Project Manager within Kadans Science Partner.

Stefan Simons
As project manager fit-out at Kadans Science Partner, Stefan is mainly responsible for the realization of the fit out designs for the tenants in the various Kadans properties.
He is trained as a framework cabinetmaker SH&M and has years of experience as a project manager in interior design and in the glass industry. Stefan most recently worked as an Account Project Manager at KP, a turnkey interior design company. In this capacity Stefan worked for Kadans among others in Plus Ultra Leiden.

Wendy van Duijnhoven
Wendy van Duijnhoven works as Senior Marketing & Communications manager at Kadans Science Partner. She is responsible for all marketing and communication activities within Kadans. She is also responsible for the positioning of the company and brand awareness.
Wendy studied business communication at Radboud University in Nijmegen. After her bachelor, she completed a master Communication & Influencing at Radboud University. Kimberley van Nuland
Kimberley is Communications Professional at Kadans Science Partner. Kimberley is involved in communication in the broadest sense of the word. She is responsible for managing the websites and social media, creating content such as newsletters, press releases and presentations, and she provides support for issues and projects.
Kimberley first studied at the Fotovakschool for a year, then completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science at the Radboud University with honours. During her bachelor, she also studied a semester in the United States. Following this, she completed the master’s degree in Persuasive Communication at the University of Amsterdam in January 2018.
While studying, Kimberley already gained extensive experience in photography and communication. She has worked as a professional photographer and has years of experience creating and managing content for both online and print media.

Onno Husson
Onno Husson is responsible for Kadans Science Partner’s events, which range from a festive opening of a new building to a successful summer drinks party for tenants. The diverse events he organises contribute to Kadans’ innovative ecosystem.
Onno studied HBO Leisure Sciences in Breda and then joined Hutten Catering as a start-up and catering manager. He also ran his own company in the events sector.

Megan Goesten
As Event Coordinator, Megan Goesten is responsible for Kadans Science Partner’s events, mainly in the Netherlands.
A varied job: from organising a Community Drink, the Summer and Winter Events for our tenants and supporting the organisation of corporate events for stakeholders and (potential) tenants. These various events give our tenants the opportunity to more easily connect with the other tenants/users of our innovative buildings.

Steven Keijsers
Steven Keijsers is Partner Director | Head of Finance within Kadans Science.
He manages the Finance & Control team working for all Kadans properties in Europe. He coordinates quarterly financial closing and reporting, budgeting, multi-year business plans and monthly business reporting. He is also responsible for preparing the group’s consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and supports the team with complex items and the preparation of financial statements;

Nico Stassen
Within Kadans Science Partner’s Finance & Control department, Nico Stassen is one of the two Financial Controllers, he is responsible for Kadans Science Partner’s internal control measures and financial reporting. Azadeh Pirzadeh
Azadeh Pirzadeh works as a Data Analyst at Kadans Science Partner. Together with the Director Key Projects, Marcus Fernhout, Azadeh forms Kadans’ Market Intelligence department. They support Kadans’ internal teams to further develop world-class Science Clusters by best serving our specialist clients in delivering global connectivity -through our network of research driven nodes- through local connectivity -through embeddedness in local research ecosystems.

Jeff Gielen
Jeff studied biology at Utrecht University, where he graduated in 1983. Subsequently, he was employed by Intervet followed by the Institute for Animal Husbandry and Health ID-Lelystad. Jeff was also involved in the development of the BioScience Park Lelystad and the founding of start-ups in the life sciences field. Between 2001 and 2010, Jeff served as Director Biopartner Center Wageningen BV.
Jeff was appointed Director Kadans Science Partner effective 1 January 2010. He carries responsibility for accommodating knowledge-intensive technological companies and institutes, largely in the food, life sciences, health and high-tech sectors.
Jeff is also active within Startlife (stimulating entrepreneurship) in Wageningen, and serves as chairman of the business association Business and Science Park Wageningen, supervisory director of Rabobank Land van Cuijk and Maasduinen and member of the advisory council of the Bio Science Park Leiden.

Thijs Span
Thijs Span works as Investment Manager at Kadans. He works in the Corporate Development team, supporting the Management Board and the Corporate Development Manager. He supports the team in making investment decisions and in the transaction process at home and abroad. Thijs also carries out market analyses, evaluates real estate propositions and drafts investment memorandums.
Thijs obtained his Master’s degree in Finance at the University of Groningen. During his master’s studies, he frequently had to deal with complex theoretical, but also practical, financial issues concerning various asset classes, including real estate. In addition, he gained experience as a junior treasurer and all-around financial employee at various companies.

Liselotte Wertenbroek
Liselotte is head of legal within Kadans Science Partner. She is responsible for the legal ins and outs of the company in all countries where Kadans is located.
This concerns not only operational matters such as contracts for rent, construction, maintenance, the legal guidance of (potentially) new projects, etc., but also all corporate matters such as all corporate law tasks (company structure, decision-making etc) and compliance. In this, Liselotte is assisted by her team and her international network of legal service providers. Liselotte’s goal is for the Legal department to advise Kadans as well as possible in advance on all legal do’s and dont’s, so that Kadans can focus on all challenging and interesting projects now and in the future.

Robin van Dijk
Robin van Dijk is Legal Counsel within Kadans Science Partner alongside Liselotte Wertenbroek. Robin is highly versatile, from specific questions on tenancy and construction law to corporate matters of the firm.
Robin completed her law studies at Tilburg University, where she majored in construction law. After her studies, she completed her professional training as a lawyer at an Amsterdam law firm with a focus on tenancy law. She then started working at a medium-sized law firm in Eindhoven specializing in real estate, where she further developed in rental and construction law.
She wants to use this specialist knowledge and her broad interest in real estate to support Kadans in its ongoing and new, challenging projects.

Mirijam van Oers
Mirijam works as a secretary/office manager at Kadans Science Partner and still loves the diversity of her job after many years. She has years of experience as an office manager and knows all the ins and outs of the organization.
Mirijam is primarily the secretary of the Kadans Real Estate and Kadans Science Partner boards.

Susanne van Leeuwen
Susanne van Leeuwen is an executive secretary at Kadans Science Partner. She is primarily responsible for the secretarial support of the holding board.
After her studies at the NHTV, Susanne held various positions at both large and small international companies. She gained extensive experience in a supporting role, including as an office manager / executive assistant in various sectors. She sees it as a challenge to take over as many tasks as possible and to arrange everything down to the last detail so that her colleagues can fully focus on their area of expertise.

Digna Wonink
Digna Wonink has been appointed Senior HR Manager within Kadans Science Partner. Her area of focus is the entire HR service, including inflow and development of employees as well as outflow, both for the Netherlands and other European countries.
Digna studied Personnel Sciences at the Katholieke Universiteit Brabant. After her studies, she gained extensive experience as an HR business partner/manager in various roles in different sectors for about 20 years.
She has a great passion for HR and the contribution she can make for employees as they are crucial for the success of an organization.

Isolde Schoemans
After graduating in Human Resources, Isolde started working at Adecco, where she held various positions for 17 years. After that, she worked for several years as an HR officer/manager at the Japanese company Iris Ohyana Europe.
Isolde is Kadans’ HR business partner and works in the team of HR manager Digna Wonink.

Hilda Jorritsma
Hilda joined Kadans as a Recruiter in June 2022. She is part of the HR team.
Hilda handles all vacancies for both the Netherlands and abroad and takes care of the proper recruitment of our new colleagues.

Arno Baan
Within Kadans Science Partner, Arno Baan is the Digital Transformation & IT Manager. He is responsible for further data and IT development, such as IT strategy and governance, internal communication and collaboration. Reporting directly to Marketing and Operations, Arno plays a crucial role in achieving Kadans’ strategic goals.
Arno studied Computer Science at Leiden University and holds a Masters in Business Administration. He started his career as a Software Developer and spent the last few years working as Technical & Operations Director at a factoring company.
