Plus Ultra Utrecht offers companies the opportunity to grow in a prominent location located on the Utrecht Science Park. Plus Ultra Utrecht will be a multi-tenant building where R&D companies in the field of Life Sciences and health will have space to innovate and grow. The new building will be an inspiring and lively meeting place in the largest science park in the Netherlands. Plus Ultra Utrecht will be completed in June 2025.

The name ‘Plus Ultra’ fits in perfectly with this. Plus Ultra’ means ‘ever further’ and refers to the drive to keep innovating and improving.

Laboratorium of kantoorruimte huren?

Plus Ultra Utrecht will consist of over 22,880 m2 GLA, with space for laboratories and offices. The building will be surrounded by greenery and encourage meetings. As the building’s hub, Plus Ultra Utrecht’s atrium provides access to meeting facilities, the restaurant, the Science Gallery and rentable spaces. Externally, the atrium extends to a terrace to the south. Thus, the atrium provides space for lunch, flexi-working, meeting and celebrating successes.

The corridor around the atrium is fixed, but otherwise the floors can be arranged freely. On each floor, both offices and laboratories can be arranged. Kadans Science Partner likes to think along with its clients when it comes to furnishing their office spaces. That is why we offer workshops to guide clients towards an optimal floor layout and include all disciplines (office and labs) in a tailor-made design.

Do you need help designing your ideal workplace? Kadans is happy to offer support in the fit-out process. To create the optimal working environment for clients, Kadans is happy to design and coordinate the fit-out process. With our experts, we are able to fully support this process for the client.

Plus Ultra Utrecht is located in the Utrecht Science Park and will provide space for students, researchers and entrepreneurs. As a client, you have access to this local ecosystem.

Kadans is committed to being an active community. We do this by offering network and business events. The aim is to connect tenants as well as local ecosystems. We also seek international collaboration by offering cross-sector events.
