The strict urban planning regulations have been used to design a compact building with efficient rentable floor areas around a facilitating core. From a vibrant and transparent first floor, an open staircase “spirals” up to the top floor. These stairs connect the reception areas of the individual floors with each other and the common facilities on the first floor. In addition to a reception & coffee counter, shared facilities include two meeting rooms, a bicycle and scooter storage area, two showers, and a catering facility.
