Kadans biedt de mogelijkheid om je gehuurde laboratorium- en kantoorruimte volledig naar wens aan te passen. Dit noemen we het fit-out proces. Tijdens het fit-out proces kijken we naar de gebruikersgerelateerde inrichting van de ruimte. Denk hierbij aan technische faciliteiten en meer. Kadans helpt graag mee met het uitwerken van de fit-out. Gedurende het fit-out proces biedt Kadans verschillende workshops aan om haar huurder te ondersteunen met het inrichtingsproces van hun laboratorium ruimte. Dit proces resulteert in een op maat gemaakte lay-outs inclusief technische faciliteiten en prijzen voor de gehuurde lab- of kantoorruimte. Kadans biedt de mogelijkheid om verschillende R&D faciliteiten te creëren, waaronder cleanrooms en pilot plants. Meer weten? Neem vooral contact met ons op. Na de fit-out komt er een lay-out met interieur beschikbaar. In deze fase ligt de focus op de details en de vele varianten die mogelijk zijn. During the fit-out process, Kadans offers several workshops to support its tenant with the fit-out process of their laboratory space. This process results in tailor-made layouts including technical facilities and prices for the rented lab or office space. After the fit-out, a layout with interior will become available. In this phase, the focus is on the details and the many variants possible. The tenant receives an indication of the fixed and loose fittings, including office and laboratory furniture.
