Plus Ultra Groningen offers 10,000 m² of lettable lab and office space. This is spread over five floors. The building is ultra-modern and certified with BREEAM Excellent. In addition, clients can use various shared facilities such as meeting rooms.

Plus Ultra Groningen has a dedicated team of experts who are ready for the client. With all technical and facility related questions, the client can contact our technical and facility managers. This way we ensure that you only have to worry about running your organization. Need help designing the ideal workplace? Kadans is happy to offer support in the fit-out process.

Plus Ultra Groningen is located on Campus Groningen and offers space to organizations in the Life Sciences & Energy sector. As a tenant, you also become part of the Kadans Community.
