Plus Ultra Wageningen

Plus Ultra Wageningen consists of 7,500 m² of laboratories, cleanrooms, pilot plants, meeting rooms, presentation spaces and offices. An incubator function has also been realised where support, innovation and development are central. In addition, it is also physically linked to Plus Ultra II.

Plus Ultra and Plus Ultra II have their own car park with more than 300 parking spaces, so clients and visitors never have to walk far. There is also private bicycle parking between the car park and the building. Of course, both electric cars and bicycles have also been considered.

The beating heart of Plus Ultra Wageningen is the open atrium. This is the place where tenants can come together and work on innovating ideas in the Agri & Food sector.

Plus Ultra Wageningen offers 7,500 m2 of lab and office space. In addition, clients can use various shared facilities such as meeting rooms. The location has an open layout, air-conditioned workspaces and a sleek design. There are plenty of parking facilities and it is also easily accessible by public transport.

‘Plus Ultra’ betekent “steeds verder”, als verwijzing naar de gedrevenheid om te blijven innoveren en verbeteren. Met deze visie heeft Kadans Science Partner dit gebouw ontwikkeld. 7.500m² aan laboratoria, cleanrooms, pilot plants, vergaderzalen, presentatieruimten en kantoren. Ook is er een incubatorfunctie gerealiseerd waar ondersteuning, innovatie en ontwikkeling centraal staat. Daarnaast is het ook fysiek gekoppeld aan Plus Ultra II.Plus Ultra en Plus Ultra II hebben een eigen parkeergarage met meer dan 300 parkeerplekken, zodat huurders en bezoekers nooit ver hoeven te lopen. Ook is er een eigen fietsenstalling tussen de parkeergarage en het gebouw in. Uiteraard is er ook aan zowel elektrische auto’s als fietsen gedacht.

BioPartner Center Wageningen biedt laboratoriumfaciliteiten en kantoorruimten voor bedrijven in de life sciences, agri en food sectoren. Door de incubatorfunctie van het gebouw wordt contact en samenwerking tussen bedrijven gestimuleerd. BioPartner Center biedt faciliteiten voor ervaren bedrijven, maar ook voor start-ups en scale-ups. Innovatieve ideeën krijgen hier de kans om te groeien. Kadans Science Partner heeft ruime ervaring in het vinden van de juiste specifieke oplossingen. Door onze specialistische kennis op het gebied van kennisintensieve huisvesting zijn wij in staat huisvesting te bieden die perfect aansluit bij de wensen van uw bedrijf. Ten behoeve van Eurofins heeft Kadans Science Partner het Ten Houtengebouw op het Business & Science Park Wageningen grondig gerenoveerd en uitgebreid. In het oude universiteitsgebouw heeft Eurofins de beschikking over ruim 11.500 m2 aan kantoor- en laboratoriumfaciliteiten. Het gebouw is volledig gemoderniseerd en naar de wensen en eisen van de gebruiker aangepast. Hiervoor is geïnvesteerd in bouwkundige en installatietechnische voorzieningen, waaronder diverse gebruikersspecifieke zaken. Kadans heeft zicht gericht op een duurzame wijze van investeren, zodat voor Eurofins middelen vrij komen om in te zetten voor de core business.
