Plus Ultra II

Plus Ultra II offers 10,500 m² of laboratories, cleanrooms, pilot plants, multifunctional research spaces, meeting rooms, presentation rooms, and offices. It is significantly larger than Plus Ultra I. It also features an incubator function that focuses on support, innovation, and development.

The business centre is transparent and flexible in its layout, and it is physically connected to Plus Ultra via a pedestrian bridge. There is space for open and closed offices, various laboratories, pilot plants, and other research spaces. The central staircase, which houses all shared facilities, contributes to facilitating interactions between the different clients.

Renting lab or office space?

Plus Ultra II has its own parking garage with over 300 parking spaces, ensuring that clients and visitors never have to walk far. There is also a dedicated bicycle parking facility between the parking garage and the building. Of course, provisions have been made for both electric cars and electric bicycles.
