Plus Ultra III Wageningen offers laboratory and office space from 25 m2 on the Wageningen Campus. You will find a nice combination of research spaces, office spaces and meeting facilities.

A state-of-the-art building with air-conditioned spaces and a sustainable design, Plus Ultra III Wageningen is a leader in sustainability. The building is made almost entirely of wood and is constructed in a CO2-negative manner. This is all in line with Wageningen University & Reseach’s mission: ‘To explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life.’

Plus Ultra III Wageningen is being developed with the ambition of a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification.

Support

Plus Ultra III Wageningen will have a dedicated team of experts at your service. This includes both a facilities and technical manager on the Wageningen Campus who you can contact with all your questions. We also support tenant growth through our services and partners that offer easier access to talent, research and capital within the local proximity of the cluster, or with help from our global network

The facilities in Plus Ultra III Wageningen are of high quality. Think modern meeting facilities with the latest AV capabilities, a spacious atrium which provides connectivity and ample parking facilities. For a delicious lunch, our catering is available. In addition, tenants have the option of using all the shared facilities in our other buildings on the Wageningen Campus.

Need help designing your ideal workplace? Kadans is happy to offer support in the fit-out process. To create the optimal working environment for clients, Kadans is happy to design and coordinate the fit-out process. With our experts, we are able to fully support this process for the tenant.

Community

Plus Ultra III Wageningen is located on the Wageningen Campus, next to Plus Ultra Wageningen and Plus Ultra II Wageningen and will provide space for students, researchers and entrepreneurs. As a tenant, you will be part of the active community on the Wageningen Campus, perfect for start-ups and scale-ups in food innovation.

Kadans is dedicated to creating an active community. We do this by offering networking and business events. The aim is to connect both tenants and the local ecosystem. We also seek international cooperation by offering cross-sector events.

As a tenant, you also become part of the Kadans Community. This international community consists of various Science Clusters and companies spread across Europe. If required, we will put you in touch with interesting partners from our network to help your own organisation flourish and grow.

Contact between tenants is encouraged through events, but is also possible through Kadans’ online platform. Here, tenants can access and find all information about Kadans, as well as easily connect with the (European) Kadans community.
