The Noviotech Campus is located on a former part of the NXP site in Nijmegen on the Winkelsteeg industrial estate. This campus, which has close ties with Radboud UMC, is home to 5 buildings, of which Kadans manages 4. It is home to more than 75 organisations focusing on the following sectors: medical technology, semicon, digital health, chip intergration, pharma and RF.

There is an active campus organisation on the Noviotech Campus which, like Kadans, connects companies. As a Kadans client, you can also reap the benefits of this. The Noviotech Campus team ensures that clients can do business and innovate without worries.
Accessibility
The Noviotech Campus is easily accessible. Via the Graafseweg, you can drive to the A73 and A15 motorways within a few minutes. Noviotech Campus is also easily accessible by public transport, including the Goffert train station.

Various knowledge-intensive facilities are available on the Noviotech Campus. These include cleanrooms, laboratories and pilot plants. Clients can rent a single desk as a start-up, but also larger spaces if your organisation needs them.
