Knowledge hub at A-UMC
The Medical Business Park (MBP) is a medically oriented knowledge hub close to the Amsterdam Universitair Medisch Centrum (A-UMC). Part of the fast-growing Amsterdam Life Sciences District, the MBP provides space for 100,000 m2 of laboratory and office buildings. Plus Ultra Amsterdam, developed by Kadans Science Partner, is one of the first developments at the park and forms a link between the existing A-UMC ecosystem.

The green campus environment of the Medical Business Park is an excellent location for life sciences & health organisations. This is because of the highly specialised medical knowledge and research facilities of the Amsterdam University Medical Centre.
The Medical Business Park is located on the south side of the A-UMC. The Park is accessible via the Amsterdam ring road (A10), the A2 and the A9. The Park is also easily accessible by public transport via Holendrecht station. Schiphol Airport is 20 minutes away.
