As the newest multi-tenant Life Sciences building on the Utrecht Science Park, Accelerator not only accommodates large biotechnology companies but also start-ups and scale-ups looking to accelerate their development.

Accelerator’s design is based on the vision of listed biotechnology companies Genmab and Merus to improve the quality of life of patients by developing innovative therapies. Partly by entering into valuable partnerships. Accelerator creates a unique hub within the innovative ecosystem of both the Utrecht Science Park and Kadans Science Partner.

Accelerator invites you to come inside. A traditional reception area with a reception desk gives way in Accelerator to an open and multifunctional zone. For example, the ground floor provides a place where staff, students and visitors can meet, discuss, eat and drink, and do activities. An auditorium, meeting rooms and an extensive restaurant are also available.

Accelerator offers a lot of flexibility. To encourage good cooperation within the organisations, the floors consist of large, freely dividable floors. Thus, offices and laboratories of different sizes and positions can be realised together with the tenant. Thus, the tenant creates her ideal workplace
