Teun Lebbink is Commercial Manager bij Kadans Science Partner.Teun zal zich toeleggen op de verdere invulling van de TripleO Campus te Breda en de Kadans portefeuille in het westen van Nederland. Rotterdam Science Tower werd in 1975 gebouwd en ontworpen door het in de VS gevestigde, veelgeprezen architectenbureau Skidmore, Owings Merrill (SOM). Rotterdam Science Tower heeft een hoogte van ca. 95 meter en grootte van ca. 32.700 m², verdeeld over 21 toegankelijke verdiepingen. De grote kozijnen en een natuurstenen buitenkant maakt het tot een echte landmark.Op de begane grond is een moderne en ruime lobby met receptie, restaurant en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte te vinden. In Rotterdam Science Tower is een hoog service- en facilitair niveau aanwezig.

The vast majority of our tenants need shared or in-house research facilities. This is where Kadans Science Partner is fully specialised. We would love to hear what your specific requirements are.

Apart from using the shared facilities, you can also have your own meeting rooms, office spaces and other facilities. In doing so, we see many tenants opting for their own laboratory space.

Tailor-made laboratory spaces and more R&D facilities

Together with the tenant, we determine what wishes and requirements there are regarding their laboratory. Kadans has built customised laboratories for hundreds of knowledge-intensive companies. This experience allows you to spar well with us about your specific needs. This tenant support from Kadans Science Partner is unique.

In the Rotterdam Science Tower, we also offer the possibility to fully customise the rented laboratory and office space. We call this the Kadans fit-out process. Kadans is happy to help you work out the fit-out. For example, the user-related equipment of the space is scrutinised. Think about technical facilities and more. During the fit-out process, Kadans also gives several workshops to its tenants to support the fit-out process of the desired laboratory space. The result of the process is a tailor-made layout including technical facilities and prices for the rented lab or office space.

In addition to customised office and laboratory spaces, Kadans also offers the possibility of creating other R&D facilities, including cleanrooms and pilot plants. After the fit-out, a layout with interiors becomes available. At this stage, the focus is on the details and the many variants possible.
