Sustainably renovated
The Rotterdam Science Tower is currently being renovated. This allows Kadans to create an ultramodern environment for her clients. At Kadans, sustainability is an important topic. This is why we aspire to obtain the BREEAM-NL Excellent Sustainability Certificate for New Constructions and Renovations 2014. In line with this ambition, Kadans received the design certificate BREEAM-NL in July 2023. The renovation of Rotterdam Science Tower is also acknowledged with an average of 8.1 from Bewuste Bouwers.
