Kadans Science Partner has added the Kennispoort building on the TU/e-Campus in Eindhoven to its portfolio. With the acquisition of Kennispoort, Kadans does not only obtain a new iconic building but also adds another university campus to its portfolio. Kennispoort is located on the edge of the TU/e-Campus and welcomes everyone who enters the campus from the city center.
Kennispoort was previously owned by TU/e Eindhoven. The sale of Kennispoort is a step towards a more compact university campus for TU/e. Kadans Science Partner and TU/e will collaborate to maintain an important link between Kennispoort and the ecosystem on the TU/e-Campus. TU/e and Kadans already work together in ‘s-Hertogenbosch with the exploitation of Mariënburg. Last year the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science started in the former monastery.
Kennispoort encompasses over 8,100 square meters of offices, including a large restaurant, lobby with reception and various meeting rooms divided over 8 floors. Underneath the building are 80 parking spaces available to tenants and visitors. At this time, five tenants are located in the building, including the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). Various other spaces are still available. Contact Rik Creemers
